1.
The Miss Teen Trimble County Pageant is held annually at the Trimble
County Fair.
2.
The contestants must be single, never married, never had a marriage
annulled and never had any children.
3.
A contestant must have reached her 13th birthday and cannot
have reached her 16th birthday by October 31, 2011.
4.
We will hold an open pageant only in the event that we do not have at
least eight contestants from Trimble County signed up by the May 1, 2011
deadline. (You must be a Trimble
County resident, or attend or have attended Trimble County Schools)
If we do not have eight contestants by May 1, 2011 we will open the
pageant up to other counties in Kentucky.
If you are from another county please call the pageant coordinator to see
if the pageant has been opened. The
contestant must be a resident of the state of Kentucky with a physical address
within state lines.
5.
Contestants will show in casual and formal wear.
(floor-length is appropriate).
6.
Where applicable and if for any reason a winner is arrested or found
guilty of any illegal action they will forfeit their title, any action that
might need to be taken will be discussed by the Trimble County Fair Board, their
decision will be final.
7.
The Trimble County Fair Board and all their employees, agents and
servants cannot be held responsible for accidents, injury or loss of personal
property relating to this event.
Judges’ decisions are final.
8.
The winner of the Miss Teen Trimble County may only hold one title while
she is Miss Teen Trimble County. No
other title may be held or her title of Miss Teen Trimble County will be
revoked.
9.
The winner of the Miss Teen Trimble County pageant is to contact the
pageant coordinator before taking part in any events or acts as she is
representing Miss Teen Trimble County.
The winner of the Miss Teen Trimble County Fair pageant may be asked to
take part in Bedford Bash, Trimble County Apple Festival as well as other
events. Failure to take part in all
events may have title revoked.
10.
All contestants must follow rules set forth by pageant director.
Only one hairdresser is allowed in the building.
They must show proof of license and pay fair entry at the gate.
There will be no one allowed with the contestants to help with dressing.
11.
Miss Teen must represent Trimble County in the Kentucky State Fair pageant or
her title will be revoked.
Parents/guardians are responsible for making all arrangements and travel for
contestant.
12.
Miss Teen Trimble County will have a hotel room and entry fee paid for by the
Trimble County Fair Board, she must have a parent present with her, no
boyfriends or others are allowed in the room.

Pageant entry fee does not include contestant gate admission.
14. 1st
Deadline for entry of Trimble County residents and students is May 1, 2011.
If eight contestants from Trimble County apply the pageant will be
closed, if less than eight apply the pageant will open to Kentucky residents.
The new deadline would be June 10, 2011.
Call after May 1, 2011 to see if the pageant has been opened to all
Kentucky residents.
I agree to abide by the rules and conditions set forth by the Trimble County
Fair Board: failure to do so may result in disqualification.
