1.
The Miss Trimble County Pageant is held annually at the Trimble County
Fair.
2.
The contestant must be single, never married, never had a marriage
annulled and never had any children.
The contestant must conduct herself in a fitting manner for a Queen per
the Trimble County Fair Boards rules.
3.
A contestant must have reached her 16th birthday and cannot
have reached her 22nd birthday by October 31, 2011.
4.
We will hold an open pageant only in the event that we do not have at
least eight contestants from Trimble County signed up by the May 1, 2011
deadline. (You must be a Trimble
County resident, or attend or have attended Trimble County High School)
If we do not have eight contestants from Trimble County by May 1, 2011 we
will open the pageant up to other counties in Kentucky.
If you are from another county please contact the pageant coordinator to
see if the pageant has been opened. Contestant must be a resident of the state
of Kentucky with a physical address within state lines.

Contestants will show in black & white outfit, swimwear and formal wear.
6.
The contestants will be asked a question on stage.
7.
First prize winner will be Miss Trimble County Fair and will represent
Trimble County in the Miss Kentucky County Fair contest.
8.
All contestants must follow the rules set forth by pageant director.
Only one hairdresser is allowed in the building at time of pageant.
The hairdresser must show proof of license and pay fair entry at the
gate. There will be no one allowed
with the contestants to help with dressing.
9.
Miss Trimble County will have entry and hotel room paid for by the
Trimble County Fair Board to the State Pageant in January.
Miss Trimble County must have a parent present with her, no boyfriends or
others are allowed in her room.
10. The winner of
the Miss Trimble County Pageant will be given a $500.00 scholarship. A check
will be written to the school of her choice at the beginning of the semester.
School is defined as a college or institute of higher education.
11. The winner of
the Miss Trimble County Pageant may only hold one title while she is Miss
Trimble County, no other title may be held or her title of Miss Trimble County
will be revoked.
12. If for any
reason Miss Trimble County does not fulfill her obligations as Miss Trimble her
scholarship and title will be revoked.
13. The winner of
the Miss Trimble County Pageant is to contact the pageant coordinator before
taking part in any events or acts in which she is representing Miss Trimble
County. The winner may be asked to
take part in the Bedford Bash, Trimble County Apple Festival, Little Miss &
Mister State Pageant in August, as well as other events.
Failure to take part in all events may result in title and scholarship
revoked.
14. Where
applicable and if for any reason a winner is arrested and found guilty of any
illegal action they will forfeit their title, any action that might need to be
taken will be discussed by the Trimble County Fair Board and their decision will
be final.
15. The Trimble
County Fair Board and all their employees, agents and servants cannot be held
responsible for accidents, injury or loss of personal property relating to this
event. Judges’ decisions are final.
16. Please send
entry form along with entry fee of $30.00 (non-refundable) to Debbie Perry 2395
New Hope Road, Bedford, KY 40006. Pageant entry fee does not include contestant
gate admission.
17. You may

18. Make your
check payable to the Trimble County Fair Board.
19. 1st
Deadline for entry of Trimble County residents and students past and present of
Trimble County High School is May 1, 2011.
If pageant is opened to all Kentucky counties (see rule #4) new deadline
is June 10, 2011.
